Mortgage ruling could shock U.S. banking industry LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A lawsuit filed by a Wisconsin couple against their mortgage lender could have major implications for banks should a U.S. appeals court agree that borrowers can cancel their loans en masse when their lenders violate a federal lending disclosure law.

 

Read this before you do anything!

1. Do you know whether the lender or servicer has the RIGHT to foreclose?  Check this IMMEDIATELY.
      
   
2. The lender or servicer must have the original paperwork in order to have the right to foreclose.  
   You can ask the Court to have the lender or servicer produce this original, and if it cannot be produced, the action has to be dismissed.  In about 40% of foreclosures the lender or servicer does not have the original paperwork.
     
3. The banks have huge “inventories” right now, meaning all the properties they have already foreclosed on and cannot sell because hardly anyone is buying.  They don’t really want your house in addition to the ones they have.  Most of these are sitting empty anyway.
   
   
4. Approximately 30 to 40 statues or laws are broken when a mortgage is created through the Federal Reserve banking system, and only a few people have challenged this situation.  Therefore all “system” mortgages are fraudulent from their beginning.  No one told you this.
